Le piano est très bien. Par contre le transport ne l'était pas. La personne était seule pour livrer le piano et à transporter ce dernier dans le mauvais sens alors que sur le carton les indications de transport était très clair (à l'horizontale et certain côté ne devaient pas être au sol). Par chance le piano n'a pas été abîmé. Il serait bien aussi d'indiquer clairement que le piano est à monter.
