The 84 is part of the Kramer Icon Collection that honors Kramer's first golden age and is one of the most influential electric guitars of all time. Featuring a lightweight alder body, a Seymour Duncan JB humbucker, a push/pull volume control for series/parallel switching, a Floyd Rose R2 1000 series locking nut, and 1000 series Floyd Rose Tremolo. Now in Metallic Blue, Radiant Red, Alpine White, Matte White, and Green Soda.
Alder is a medium-weight wood that produces a well-balanced tone with a strong mid-range, bright highs and moderate bass. It is known for its warm and full sound, making it a versatile material for a variety of musical styles.
Humbucker configuration means that the guitar is equipped with a single humbucker pickup. This setup offers a powerful, full-bodied tone with high output and low noise, making it ideal for styles such as rock and metal where a punchy, distorted sound is desired.
The glossy finish gives any surface an elegant and luxurious look. This type of finish is achieved by applying several layers of lacquer or resin, which are then polished to a high gloss. This provides a smooth, reflective finish, enhancing color and structure of substrate. The glossy finish not only improves aesthetics, but also protects against dust, moisture and minor scratches.
The Superstrat is a type of electric guitar based on the design of the Stratocaster, but modified for a more aggressive style of playing, especially in the hard rock and metal genres. It has a solid body, often with powerful humbucker pickups for a more powerful and distorted sound. Superstrat guitars often have an improved tremolo system (like the Floyd Rose) and a faster neck for technical playing. This type of guitar is designed for the modern guitarist who demands more versatility and performance.
The maple fingerboard is valued for its smoothness and strength, while offering excellent playability and a clear, articulate sound. It is popular for its bright appearance and its ability to maintain accurate and detailed sound while playing.
Maple is known for its strength and stability, making it ideal for necks that need to resist bending and warping.
