iZotope Stutter Edit 2 EDU (Digital product)

Stutter Edit 2, developed by iZotope in collaboration with producer BT, is a multi-effect plugin designed to create the famous “stutter” editing effect with a single button. It allows users to slice and dice samples, tracks, and mixes, adding rhythmic effects and movement.

Features
Stutter Edit 2 includes new Comb, Chorus, and Limiter modules, along with a reverb module from BT’s personal collection. It also features an upgraded Distort module, adding grit to tracks. The plugin uses a Curve Editor to control effects in tempo, letting users draw motion into any parameter. With the AUTO mode, users can easily audition sounds in the mix without routing, or connect a MIDI controller with in-app setup instructions.

Control
Users can create rhythmic effects with any sound using Stutter Edit 2. The plugin offers intuitive MIDI control, allowing quick access to dozens of gestures designed by BT. These gestures provide a wealth of pre-made presets, including cinematic rises, transitions, and filter sweeps.

Effect Modules
Stutter Edit 2 features 11 effects modules, including Comb, Chorus, Reverb, two-band Distortion, Delay, Pitch, and Filter. Each effect can be modulated in real-time, providing comprehensive control over sound manipulation.
