Product code: CGA300 | ID: 1065025
The CASCHA Performer Series CGA300 is a dreadnought-shaped acoustic guitar with cutaway. Its comparatively large body delivers a loud, assertive sound with powerful basses, which is why it is especially well-suited for styles such as bluegrass, blues and folk. However, the CGA300 from the Cascha Performer Series is a true all-rounder, making it the ideal companion for all other musical excursions as well.
The CASCHA CGA300 has a scale length of 65 centimeters (25.5 inches). Its body is made of walnut, the top is made of solid spruce (Solid Top) and the neck is made of dark colored mahogany. This combination gives it a warm, balanced sound with clear overtones and plenty of sustain. A modern wood-plastic composite is used for the fingerboard, while rosewood is used for the bridge. Bridge inlay and nut are made of natural bone (Ox bone).
Visually, the CGA300 impresses with its matte natural finish, which shows off the solid spruce top to its best advantage. The five-ply, black and white binding as well as the light brown rosette provide a classy, traditional look. If desired, an included black pickguard can be glued on to protect the top from wear and tear. Precise tuning machines ensure good tuning stability on the CGA300.
The Performer Series Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar CGA300 also comes with a deluxe gray gig bag with 12 millimeters of interior padding. Thus, the guitar can be safely stored and transported at any time - for example, to the rehearsal or to the gig. An exterior zippered compartment is perfect for carrying accessories such as a tuner, picks or music book with you wherever you go.
The CGA300 is a high-quality instrument from the top line of Cascha and is aimed at ambitious beginners, advanced players and experienced musicians.
The solid spruce top offers clear, penetrating tone with exceptional projection. The sound is dynamic and balanced, with rich highs and solid bass. Over time, the tone evolves and improves, adding more depth and complexity to the sound.
The satin finish is popular for its ability to combine the properties of both a glossy and matte finish. This type of finish provides a soft sheen, less intense than gloss but more pronounced than matte. This creates a smooth to touch, lightly reflective surface which gives an elegant and sophisticated appearance. The satin finish is ideal for those looking for a balance between visual appeal and convenience, as it can hide small imperfections and fingerprints better than glossy surfaces.
The guitar features a mahogany neck for excellent strength and stability. Mahogany is known for its great resonance, contributing to a warm, rich tone with a distinctive mid-range.
